Neva Consultants in national recruitment drive for regional Appointed Representatives

Neva Consultants, part of the Fleet Alliance Group, has embarked on a recruitment campaign to attract new regional Appointed Representatives (ARs), around the UK to sell contract hire and leasing products for new cars and vans to both fleet and retail customers.

 Neva, which was acquired by Fleet Alliance in January 2017 and is based in Piltdown, East Sussex, currently has a total of 13 ARs throughout the country, covering a diversity of territories including Essex, Kent, West Midlands, Yorkshire, Lancashire, South Wales and Northern Ireland.

Neva is now looking for new ARs in key strategic areas such as the South East, South West, Manchester and Birmingham.  The new appointees are expected to operate on a full time basis, be highly motivated sales individuals who want to join a fast moving exciting Group, with each having a sales target of 100 new units per annum.

 All ARs have the full support of the Fleet Alliance Group, including access to its purchasing power based on a fleet size of 37,000 vehicles with a value now in excess of £1billion.

The Fleet Alliance Group provides a wide array of back office support services to each AR including compliance, vehicle ordering, underwriting, marketing, customer service support and document production.

Each AR has access to Fleet Alliance’s award-winning fleet management platform. e-fleet, and the Concilium  internal procurement and CRM system to process all transactions.

All new vehicle orders are passed onto the sales support team at Neva’s head office to manage from order to delivery, thus freeing up the time of the AR to continue selling and improving their effectiveness.

All ARs have full access to Neva Consultant’s preferred leasing companies, while training courses mirror those that Neva staff receive to ensure they are fully up to speed with all systems and processes.

Each AR also receives regular visits at their premises by a field-based member of staff to ensure they are not left alone to fend for themselves, and there are regular quarterly meetings.
