TEST: Volvo Trucks score impressively
Volvo Trucks’ UK dealer network achieved a whopping first-time pass rate of 94.7% in January to May MOT tests, statistics show.
With 7,280 MOT tests conducted in 2013’s five months, the pass rate achieved was an impressive 14.4% higher than the UK average of 80.3%.
Volvo claim the results underpin the success of their Science in Compliance initiative.
Science in Compliance focuses on the wide range of services Volvo provide to operators in support of maximum VOSA OCRS scores and vehicle uptime.
Tony Davis, Aftersales Director of Volvo Trucks UK, said: “We’re passionate about helping operators achieve full compliance when it comes to meeting their ‘O’ licence obligations regarding maintenance.
“A first time MOT pass rate of 94.7% demonstrates our commitment to compliance.”
Volvo offer around 90 service points in the UK, approximately 20 of which have on-site ATFs.
