Carbase, the largest independent used car dealer in the south-west, have joined the recently-launched RAC BuySure initiative.

BuySure has been created to provide customers with a nationwide approved used car scheme that sets very high compliance and customer satisfaction standards.

Gordon Veale, General Manager of Carbase, said: “Our entire proposition is based around giving our customers a great car, with great service and great value.

“This along with the best possible support package ensures that our customers enjoy a great buying experience coupled with the assurance that we can support them going forward.

“Becoming part of RAC BuySure underlines this.

“When customers see the RAC name applied to a used car, their degree of confidence in the purchase rises immeasurably.

“We believe that this is a very positive move for our business.

“The RAC BuySure programme provides us with third party recognition from a very credible source that we go to extraordinary lengths to meet the needs of our customer.”

Mario Dolcezza, Head of Dealer Propositions at RAC, said: “The quality of car dealer that we are seeing commit to RAC BuySure is very impressive and Carbase is no exception.
