Renault UK has partnered with Reevoo, the customer engagement and review platform, allowing its customers to provide ratings and reviews of their Renault vehicles on its website.

Through the Reevoo platform, Renault customers can post reviews of their vehicles, allowing open, unbiased and honest experiences to be shared for all potential customers to see. With no censorship on reviews and full impartiality for customers, prospective Renault buyers can rest assured they’ll be receiving genuine information.

Each Renault vehicle will be given an overall product score, as rated by customers. Every Reevoo-verified response can also be found in search engine results making it easier than ever for a new buyer to see exactly what existing owners think.

James Boyer, Marketing Director, Groupe Renault UK, said: “The Renault range has undergone a comprehensive transformation through successive new products over the past five years, attracting new customers to our brand in the process. Our partnership with Reevoo offers owners an independent and trusted forum to share their experiences, whilst simplifying and enriching the online research phase for those who are considering Renault as their next purchase.”

Jonathan Callcut, CEO at Reevoo, said: “Making a car purchase requires a lot of decision making, and considering that 92% read customer reviews prior to following through with a purchase, UGC has never been more important. Reevoo will help Groupe Renault UK inspire, educate and convince its key audiences so that they make well-informed purchase decisions. The authenticity and credibility of these transparent communications will increase brand loyalty going forward and ultimately boost overall organisational success.”

Responding to the growing consumer desire for independent, trusted and transparent product reviews, Reevoo’s user-generated content model enables brands to influence potential car buyers in a personal, authentic and trustworthy way.

Renault UK has enjoyed a resurgence in the past five years, completely renewing the design of its range and adding new models such as the Captur compact crossover – Europe’s best-selling such model – the Kadjar family crossover, and the award-winning all-electric ZOE supermini.  Renault’s model line-up will continue to grow in 2017 with the launch of the All-New Koleos SUV and the forthcoming Alaskan one-tonne pick-up.
