Ms Keen and Mr Wright have joined as software developers who are responsible for coding, and Mr Ford has joined Jaama’s software testing team with responsibility to ensure Jaama remains at the forefront of the IT revolution in the fleet and plant hire sectors.

Ms Keen joins the leading fleet and asset management software supplier following five years as a software developer at an asset finance software company which she joined after graduating from university.

Mr Wright began his software industry career more than a decade ago and has spent time with Northgate Information Solutions and more recently Jumar Solutions firstly as an IT infrastructure engineer and then as a junior developer.

Mr Ford has a 25-year IT career behind him initially working at Staffordshire County Council for four years as a programmer in the education department moving to become deputy systems manager. Subsequently he moved into test consultancy working for a wide range of organisations including Barclays and Microsoft prior to joining Jaama where he is looking to further his software testing skills in the area of vehicle and driver management solutions.

UK organisations collectively operating more than 700,000 vehicles rely on Key2 and that total is increasing month-on-month in 2016 with growth across all sectors in which Jaama operates – public and private sector fleets, vehicle leasing and rental companies and the plant and tool hire sector.

That growth is based on the sophisticated Key2 software delivering innovative asset and driver management solutions to clients allied to continuous investment in system enhancements and its ever-present focus on customer service excellence.

Jaama managing director Martin Evans said: “We are firmly focused on investing in enhancements to our core Key2 system. Working hand-in-hand with our customers and listening to their requirements underpins the new solutions our highly experienced team of software developers produce. The appointments are a welcome addition to our hard working software development and testing teams.”

“As the demand for modern, functionally rich asset and driver management software continues to increase, it is important that we recruit the right people to safeguard the quality of our Key2 product range.”
