Dr Peter Speers has a background as a research scientist and programme manager, and has been working for the Knowledge Transfer Network since their inception in 2005.
He works on Energy Efficiency for the Transport Knowledge Transfer Network, focussing on applying the real-world knowledge gained from his current involvement in EU and TSB-funded projects investigating the performance of alternative vehicle fuels – including electricity, hydrogen and natural gas – to the road, rail and marine sectors.
