Fleet Alliance rated top for customer service

Fleet decision-makers have rated Fleet Alliance the UK’s top vehicle leasing and fleet management company for service to customers in 2015 in the annual Experteye customer satisfaction survey.
The fleet funding and management specialist topped the category which recognises service to fleet operators with up to 250 vehicles.
Fleet operators are surveyed independently by Experteye, who ask an extensive range of questions on a six-monthly basis. The annual CSI award goes to the company that has achieved the highest combined results across the entire year.
“Fleet Alliance’s customer satisfaction ratings have been extremely impressive over the last year,” said Rick Yarrow, managing director of Experteye.
The company, based in Glasgow, has just reported a fourth successive record year in terms of fleet size, revenue and profitability following a hugely successful 2014, and now has a fleet size of 18,209 vehicles under management on behalf of business customers, following growth in both the SME and mid-corporate sectors of the market.
