Thrill-seeker Lennart Ribring is looking to join the ton-up club – of drivers aged 100 and over – after buying a new 5.0-litre V8 Ford Mustang
- Looking for a “little fun in life”, the 97-year-old says the 418PS fastback, capable of 155mph and 0-62mph in 4.8 seconds, is “the real thing”
- The young-at-heart driver fell in love with Mustang after being among the first in his native Sweden to buy an original model when it was launched in the 1960s
- With excellent vision and full of life, Mr Ribring still works part time and is fully independent.
