Ford fleet customers gain ‘BlueService’ aftersales benefits

AFTERSALES: Ford offer fleets BlueService

Ford are extending their ‘BlueService’ package to fleet customers in an effort to ensure businesses operating more than 25 vehicles receive dedicated aftersales support.

The package – Ford BlueService for Fleet – ‘offers maximum convenience and professional support at competitive prices’.

It includes while-you-wait servicing, free Wi-Fi access and the collection and delivery of vehicles.

The Fleet programme also includes a maximum booking lead-time of three days for service work.

Larger fleets using Ford’s online booking system through 1link are guaranteed a response within 20minutes.

Fleet managers will benefit from the Ford Fleet National Pricing programme, Ford Fleet Accident Management, and support from Ford’s Fleet Service Centre.

Jon Wellsman, Director of Ford’s Customer Service Division, said: “The Ford BlueService for Fleet programme is a major advance towards Ford’s long-term goal of transforming the customer aftersales service.

“This includes all drivers of Ford vehicles, both private and business.

“BlueService for Fleet is designed provide the highest quality service, in the shortest possible time, at the lowest possible price.”
