Adrian Bewley

After graduating from Surrey University with a degree in Geography and Product Management, Adrian joined Enterprise in 1996 as a management trainee working at the Isleworth branch.

By demonstrating a commitment to customer service, employee development and community involvement, Adrian was quickly promoted to Area Manager of the Sussex region in 1999, now with responsibility for a team of 30 and six branches.

Four years later, in 2003 he was duly promoted again, this time with the opportunity to head up the busy Central London rental operations team, looking after 35 locations and over 150 rental staff.

Having demonstrated strong success working within the rental business, with sales growth of 20% within only two years, Adrian’s next career move led to a more specific focus on business to business rental, and a promotion to lead the London sales team.

This involved managing a widespread team of more than ten mobile sales professionals and account mangers, looking after replacement and business rental customers.

In April 2013 Adrian was promoted again to become Head of Business Rental in the UK and Ireland looking after all the company’s fleet and broker business; a key role within the company involving heading up a team of 40 sales professionals.

At a time when organisations are pushing for ever higher efficiencies and solutions which support employees whilst reducing impact on the environment, Adrian’s role is to focus teams on advising large corporate and public sector customers on the opportunities which daily rental offers for achieving their goals.

As part of this, during his career Adrian has helped develop strategic partnerships with key central and local government organisations looking to improve transport options, and pioneered the introduction of Enterprise CarShare to the UK.

Throughout his career, Adrian has shown a strong commitment to the company’s core values, building strong, customer-focused teams and through consistent support for community events.

Most recently, Adrian has become a career mentor in the Cherie Blair Foundation for several women in business.
